SWRI Headquarters

SWRI is a national organisation and, as such, is managed and administered by its Headquarters in Edinburgh.

A staff of eight, under the leadership of Anne Peacock, General Secretary, work with the National Office-bearers and Committee Convenors to implement the decisions of Central Council and the seven standing committees: Executive, Finance, Education, Handcrafts, Housewives, International and Magazine. The other staff posts are Finance Officer, Finance Assistant, two Committee Secretaries (one for Education and International and one for Handcrafts and Housewives), Magazine Editor and two Administrative Assistants (both part time).
