Matter of Opinion Competition

In the Matter of Opinion Competition teams of 4 members are given 16 minutes to debate a selection of topics, which they have first sight of 15 minutes before competing. It is competed for by Federations in the north and south of Scotland in alternate years. The eligible Federations hold their own competitions to decide which team(s) go forward to the national final.

Stewartry of Kirkcudbright Federation will host the 2010 Matter of Opinion Competition on Saturday, 23 October 2010 at Castle Douglas Town Hall and is open to Federations in the South.
